President & Head Coach – Guy Auger, MBA 

As the President and Head Coach of Masterworks Coaching Group Inc., and with a MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Planning, Guy Auger brings more than 30 years of diverse professional business experience to the table. Under his leadership since 2014, the company has excelled in providing high-quality business planning and coaching services, and online Continuing Professional Development programs via an advanced Learning Management System. With a keen eye for customer satisfaction, Guy ensures that the educational offerings are complemented by exceptional customer service. 

His career milestones are not confined to Masterworks; he has held pivotal roles in consulting, hospitality, tourism, and software industries, and appeared on the first season of Dragon’s Den. A master in crafting strategic plans and boosting customer and employee engagement, Guy is the driving force behind Masterworks’ commitment to delivering unparalleled learning experiences and customer satisfaction.

Guy also holds a series of notable accreditations that bolster his proficiency and credibility in the realm of professional development and coaching. He is a Level II Certified Ski Coach by the Canadian Ski Coaches Federation, showcasing his competence in sports coaching. Further amplifying his coaching credentials, Guy is a Level III Certified Instructor with the Canadian Ski Instructors‘ Alliance (CSIA).

He is also certified at NCCP Level II by the National Coaching Certification Program, strengthening his comprehensive approach to coaching and mentoring.
